Hi, I'm Greg...
a keynote speaker, trainer, and recovering stand-up comedian on a slightly ambitious mission: WorkHappy will help one million people talk about mental health at work, at home, and anywhere people pretend they're "OK"!
For 25 years, I had what you'd call a "real job." I sold over $12 million worth of stuff for the Vancouver Canucks, the Vancouver Whitecaps FC, Nike, and SAP.
I racked up a few President's Club awards, which sounds impressive until you realize most of them came with a plaque and a handshake.
By night, I lived a double life, telling jokes on stages across North America, opening for legends like Robin Williams, Norm Macdonald, and Jim Gaffigan, and somehow ending up on CTV, CBC, and SiriusXM.
I traded punchlines for purpose. I now share the WorkHappy framework with such organizations as Coca-Cola, Ford, ASHE, and RE/MAX so they have less stress, increased revenue, and a workplace where people actually look forward to walking into work on Monday mornings.
Basically, I help humans be a little kinder to themselves and a lot better at talking about the stuff that matters.
